I, , have read the contract conditions and agree to abide by them. I accept full responsibility for any and all damages or thefts that occur during my rental for all members involved in my event. I agree that if any persons are added during the trip, who are NOT part of the original group, it will be at the discretion of the Contracted Person/Driver ONLY (not to exceed the passenger limit. NO STANDEES.) I agree to pay for all services rendered at the time of pick-up, and any additional hours at the trips end. I will extend these rules to persons of my group or any added persons during the trip.

Rules and Regulations

We accept Cash, Money Orders, and Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) No personal checks
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel booking prior to your event, you will forfeit the $100 deposit.
All Rentals canceled less than 10 days prior to event will be charged the full rental amount with credit card on file.
Payment of full lease is to be paid to the driver upon arrival. A $30.00 fee for bad credit card processing will apply.
Starting and ending times must be enforced. (Subject to driver/bus availability.)
There is NO SMOKING allowed on selected buses.
For any actions such as harassment, fighting, violence, damage to equipment and/or bus, toward the driver, staff or anyone else in or around the bus, the driver reserves the right to terminate the trip. The client will be responsible to find other transportation and forfeits full fare as a result.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed outside of the bus during the trip.
By signing this contract, the above client agrees to assume full responsibility for any damages or items removed belonging to the company, by client and/or any members of their party.
If a passenger should vomit in or on the any Boom Boom Bus, VIP Transportation or Davenport Trolley vehicle, there will be a minimum charge of $100.00.
No Food, Jello-Shots or silly string is allowed on the bus, $100.00 fine will apply.
Tips: If Gratuity for your driver HAS NOT been included in the rental price 15-20% is recommended. Tip can be added on to credit cards if needed.
Illegal substances are prohibited! Under 21 consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
Boom Boom Bus/Davenport Trolley/VIP Transportation cannot by law supply alcohol to/for clients. Guests must provide their own alcoholic beverages.
Boom Boom Bus/Davenport Trolley/VIP Transportation is not responsible for injuries or accidents in and around the bus. Alcohol impairs motor skills, balance and judgment. Clients are asked to remain seated while bus is in motion. Move about at your own risk. Please, use caution on steps.
Boom Boom Bus/Davenport Trolley/VIP Transportation is NOT LIABLE in cases of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe weather or anything that may delay a timely arrival or cause a cancellation of the trip. In the event of a cancellation due to mechanical or "No Travel Advisory", trip may be rescheduled for another date. Boom Boom Bus is NOT LIABLE in cases of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe weather or anything that may delay a timely arrival or cause a cancellation
